1. General

General

All images on our website are a true representation of the products  of our images the colors or styles may vary. Quoted Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods remain the property of Jewellery Club until paid for in full. All stock reserved on your order will be held for a period of 48 hours. Jewellery Club is strictly a Supplier for personal use of our products and not for resell purchases and as such, and Jewellery Club reserves the right to confirm or reject misleading member registrations and orders at its own discretion.

Delivery Policy

For deliveries in Gauteng, please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days . For deliveries in other major centers and outlying regions, please allow 3-4 working days.

Shipping – Time frame

To main centers estimated delivery is around 2 – 3 business days and for outlying areas in around 3 – 4 business days.

Shipping:

Please note that if payment was done via credit card the order will be processed and shipped asap, for payments via EFT processing and shipping would be arranged soonest the payment has cleared.

Checking

At the time of delivery, your order needs to be checked with the courier company and all damages or shortages need to be stated on the courier delivery waybill. Should you choose not to check your order with the courier company upon delivery, claims for breakages or shortages may be forfeited.

SA Door to Door

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.  Please allow 2 to 3 working days from confirmation of your order for your delivery to arrive.

Undelivered packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment, order could take  3-4 working days for processing due to high demand in products, excluding delivery time.

Refunds/returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 5 calendar days.

* Note:

Jewellery Club recommends that you use our couriers for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

Disclosure of outlet country at time of payment

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Jewellery Club  endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Jewellery Club reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.  Should Jewellery Club reduce it’s price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

Credit Card or Debit Card  Payfast or Ozow Secure payment

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilize one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready!

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Jewellery Club as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please email through your deposit slip to us at info@jewelleryclub.co.za  to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.
