Delivery & Collection Policy
Subject to availability and payment receipt, orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched with an invoice number emailed to you. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Delivery is currently available only within South Africa. Ensure accurate delivery addresses are provided to avoid issues.
Delivery Charges and Store Collection
We offer delivery anywhere in South Africa, with charges based on the Courier Guy rate for your area. Alternatively, you can collect from any of our 7 stores in Gauteng. We use Courier Guy for deliveries, and title and risk transfer to you once the order leaves our premises. If a package is undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you for re-shipment.
Returns & Exchange Policy
To cancel an online purchase, a 10% handling fee applies. Notify us in writing within 7 days, and return items undamaged in original packaging. Exchanges will be provided at the same value. Returns are subject to verification with our gold testing machine. We recommend using Courier Guy for returns due to tracking and insurance. No refunds will be given for losses with carriers lacking tracking facilities.
