To cancel an online purchase, a 10% handling fee applies.
Notify us in writing within 7 days, and return items undamaged in original packaging.
Exchanges will be provided at the same value. Returns are subject to verification with our gold testing machine.
We recommend using Courier Guy for returns due to tracking and insurance. No refunds will be given for losses with carriers lacking tracking facilities.
