Jewellery Repairs
Proper care and maintenance will allow your jewelry to provide a lifetime of enjoyment. Our skilled team offers a wide range of specialized services, from ring sizing to extensive repairs and restoration. We work with all precious metals, including gold, sterling silver, and platinum, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship at our contracted off-site workshops.
Pearl Restringing
Most pearl strands should be restrung every two to four years, depending on how often they are worn. Our professional stringer uses silk for its strength and flexibility, ensuring your pearls rest beautifully around your neck. Remember to treat your pearls with care, avoiding contact with cosmetics, hairspray, and perfume. Store them alone in a lined box. Pearl restringing is available at our Head Office branch.
Watch Repairs
Our onsite watch repair specialist offers services for most watch brands, including battery, crystal, and movement replacements. Drop off your timepiece, and we will provide a repair estimate at no cost.
Note: All in-warranty watch repairs are handled by the relevant brand agents.
