Shipping & Delivery of Jewellery

You can choose to have your order couriered to you, or you can collect it at the nearest Jewellery Club store.

How we deliver.

As jewellery is a high-value item, we do not use regular postal services to deliver your purchase. Instead we use a hand-to-hand courier delivery where the courier service collects directly from us, and they deliver directly to you.

Once you have placed your order with us and it is ready to be shipped, we will contact you with a waybill number from the courier company. You can use this unique number to track your purchase on the relevant courier company’s website.
